Space Ok

 

Space Ok is a new band from Hamburg. The style is influenced by jazz, ambient, psych and Kraut.

 

The band calls it ‘Raumkraut-Music’. The compositions come alive through added improvisation.

 

As Eric Dolphy said…”When you hear music, after it’s over it’s gone in the air. You can never capture it again.”
 

The line-up with two guitars, bass and drums may not be typical for a jazz band, but the attitude certainly is. The first album has just been released under the title „first encounter“ on vinyl and as a digital download.
